It was a warm August evening in Boulder Colorado when I entered my cousins home. I felt an immediate sense of comfort like I was right at home. It’s the kind of house that you would want to wake up in on Christmas morning. I imagine holidays here are filled with joy; decorations adding even more charm to this already charming house.
We were invited to dinner and ate casually on the back porch taking in the view of bright flowers and large oak trees with the backdrop of the Colorado mountain just a few blocks away. Dinner could not even be detained when the skies opened up to cracks of thunder and lightning with warm drops of rain.
Clearly my son and I were both taken with this house. Waylon loved the flowers and guinea pig while I enjoyed its sense of class and comfort. Here are some of it’s most enchanting nooks.
