what is a green smoothie?

A green smoothie is when you blend dark leafy greens with other vegetables or fruit with a liquid and ice.

Okay, the definition is a bit lackluster but trust me, you’ll be blown away with just how good they are. Not to mention the health benefits are awesome AND they’re easy to make. I’ve tried many variations but these 3 are hands down the best of the bunch. I promise the spinach is nearly undetectable, they’re simply sweet and creamy.
