Every once in a while, we could all use a little kick in the pants to keep us motivated and working toward our fitness goals. Nothing keeps me motivated more than mixing up my workout playlist. From Kurtis Blow to Missy Elliot, this list includes some of my very favorite Hip-Hop throwbacks.
If you still can’t bring yourself to step on the treadmill or hit the pavement, might I suggest a solid session of Freak Dancing. I dedicate at least an hour per week to the activity.
