My milk glass brings all the boys to yard.
And they’re like, it’s better than yours.
Damn right, it’s better than yours.
I’m gonna teach you for free of charge.
Gather your supplies: bottles/vases, puffy paint, white satin spray paint.
Cover your vases in desired pattern with puffy paint. I kept to the Hobnail pattern but you can get as creative as you want to here. This looks super tedious, I know, but I actually found it to be relaxing. This is not a fussy project, promise.
Spray with light coats of satin white spray paint until opaque. It took me 4 coats, be patient. I was thankful that I used Krylon Color Master, it dries in 10 minutes and made the process go a lot faster.
That’s it! You’re just 3 steps away from super sweet and simple milk glass vases.
white spray paint, satin finish
1. Apply small dots of puffy paint until the surface is covered. Let dry for at least 8 hrs.
2. Spray light coats with white satin spray paint until opaque, 3-4 coats, drying at least an hour between coats.
